最近、仕事の負荷が少しずつ上がってきています。
なかなか気持ちのコントロールが難しく、仕事が終わるとぐったりすることが多いような気がします。
一つの要因は元々の役割を超えたところまで任されてしまっている、というこてがあります。
本来上位の役割を果たすべき人が他の業務で手一杯になり、肩代わりを私がやる、という、よくよく考えたらどこにでもありがちな図式です。
その人の役割を完璧にこなそうとする(ある意味その人よりきちんとこなそうとする)という、深みにハマるパターンにならないように、気をつけていかないとなぁと反省しています。
とはいえ、仕事の中で周りのいいかげんさに、怒りばかりが沸々とわいてくることが多いので、もっといいかげんを許容する心(自分にも周りにも)を持てるようにしたいと思う今日この頃でした。
今月の通院で、負荷が増える中でも、自分や周りを含めたコントロールがある程度できるようになったことから、さらに減薬を進めています(二日に一度に)。
負荷が増える中でも、この状態をキープ、さらにぐったり感を改善させる方向にもっていけるよう、いいかげん、にいきたいなぁと思います。
