朝ランニングしてみた

NIKE+の履歴を見てみたら、去年の9月振りなので、実に7ヶ月ぶりくらいに走ったことになります。

東京に引っ越してきて初めての休日だった先週は、関西にとんぼ返りして子供たちのバレエの発表会だったので、今週が初めての東京での休日。

まだまだ家の中は片付いていないものの、ちょっとずつスペースもできてきつつあり、土曜日は耳鼻科にも行ってきました。（アレルギーのため年中薬を飲んでいて、家族全員分の紹介状を書いてもらってました）

平日は探索できないので、運動も兼ねて、近所をランニングしてみました。昨日テレビで松岡正剛さんが出ていて、編集工学研究所が結構うちから近いということがわかり、ちょっとその場所まで行ってみたいなーと思ったのも後押しになって、7ヶ月ぶりのランニングとなりました。実際に建物の前まで行ってみて、昨日テレビで見た場所だったのでちょっと感動。他にも近場のいい感じの景色を見ながら走るのは楽しかったです。羽根木公園にも寄ってみて、茶室があったりといい感じでした。

だいぶ疲れたけど、週末のランニングはちょっと続けていきたいなーと。やっぱり身体を動かすのはいいですね。基礎体力をつけて、そのうちサーフィンにも行きたいなー。
