とにかくモノを忘れます。
笑えるくらいに。
ひどいときは、実家の母親が遊びに来て送っていくときに自転車で送っていったのだが、分かれた後、何事もなかったかのように歩いて帰る。途中で気付きはしたものの、戻って自転車を見ると鍵がささりっぱなし。
今でも毎日睡眠時間の記録を取っていますが、二日ほどためておくともう思い出せない。
奥さんに「今日何日？」とやたらと聞いてカリカリさせてしまう・・・。
もともと子供の頃から記憶力はそれほど良い方でなく（その根本的な原因は気付いてはいるが）結構忘れるほうなのですが、それにしても異常な物忘れです。
最近は回復してきているのと、まあそういうこともあるよなというぐらいな楽観的感覚を持てているので毎日の生活の中でそれほど気になることも無くなってきてはいます。
忘れて当たり前、と思うのか、忘れてしまう自分にダメ出ししてしまうのか、これは回復への大きな差となるように感じています。
